Our Stock up boxes contains 6 bags of dried mushrooms - each of which are 3/4 oz

Our dried mushroom tea is a blend of whole reishi, turkey tail, and lions mane.

Reishi mushrooms can improve sleep and restore energy, Lion's Mane can improve health of immune system and memory. Maitake improves immune system health, and Turkey Tail can support digestive health and microflora.*
Make a tea by adding mushrooms to a quart of water. Simmer (on its own or with ginger, black tea, or other ingredients) for at least 30 minutes, strain, and sweeten.
