Product Details

Lion's Mane have a firm texture and mild flavor reminiscent of lobster. Make into "crab cakes," or sauté and add to pasta or rice.

These mushrooms were grown indoors on blocks.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
