Our sampler includes six 1 ounce bags of mushroom powder - a broad selection including the following: Shiitake, Smoked Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Oyster (new!).

We dry and powder our favorite mushrooms - so you can add them to just about anything! Give dishes an extra depth of flavor by adding to pasta sauces, meatloaf, soups and stews, risotto or other rice dishes, coffee, tea, or shakes.

All our mushrooms are grown on our farm in Western Wisconsin. These mushrooms were either grown outdoors on logs or on blocks indoors, and most are certified organic with MOSA.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee.
