Our Stock up boxes contains 6 bags of powdered mushrooms - each of which are 1 oz.

First we smoke our shiitake, then we dry and powder them so you can add them to just about anything. Give dishes an extra depth of smoky flavor by adding to pasta sauces, meatloaf, soups and stews, risotto or other rice dishes.

All our mushrooms are grown on our farm in Western Wisconsin. These mushrooms were either grown outdoors on logs or on blocks indoors.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee.
