Our Stock up boxes contains 6 bags of powdered mushroom salt - each of which are 1 oz.

First we smoke our shiitake, then we dry and powder them - and blend them with untreated sea salt. You can add this salt to just about anything. Give dishes an extra depth of smoky flavor by adding to a fried egg, pasta sauces, meatloaf, soups and stews, risotto or other rice dishes. Also great as a dry rub for chicken, pork, or beef!

All our mushrooms are grown on our farm in Western Wisconsin. These mushrooms were either grown outdoors on logs or on blocks indoors.
Our prices include a small credit card processing fee.
