Product Details

Oysters have a sweet, woodsy flavor with a hint of anise. You'll get either grey, white, golden, blue, or brown depending on the time of year, but in any case they are a delicious addition to pasta, pizza, or risotto.

You can eat both the caps and the stems of Oyster Mushrooms. We grow oyster mushrooms on blocks throughout the year and also on logs in the summer and fall.

Our prices include a small credit card processing fee. If you live near the Twin Cities you can always stop by our booth at Mill City Farmers Market to purchase items in cash and avoid the fees.
