Get your holiday mushrooms!

Are mushrooms part of your holiday meals? Mushroom stuffing, mushroom gravy, roasted mushrooms - there are a lot of ways to include mushrooms! And remember our mushroom butters and pates. The pates especially are a nice addition to your hors d'oeuvres selection.

Somehow Thanksgiving is only a week and half away, and then Christmas will be here before you know it - so we're thinking a lot about holiday meals. Food, good quality food, is pretty important to us. It's a big reason why we ended up in this whole mushroom farm world. Whatever you do for the holidays, we hope you get to enjoy some really excellent food and the company of people you love.

Amazingly, the snow did arrive - about 1 inch on Saturday night. I'm glad our preparations paid off!

The main thing happening around here is the little project in the packshed.

I can't wait to see what progress we make in the next couple weeks! And I'm sure you all can't wait to hear what we're actually up to. Patience! All will be revealed. 😉
